hello everybody
a friend of mine who resides in jordan just emailed me asking for dutch asylum lawyers (asieladvocaten)..to be honest i have no idea where to find any..i found lots of immigration lawyers but none were specialized in asylum...do you know any? if yes can you please provide some links?

If you look into the content of the websites of lawyers, most of the time the specialisation is  mentioned. Or look at advocatenvreemdelingenrecht.com.

You can take alook at the list of members of he Vereniging Asieladvocaten- en Juristen Nederland (Union of Dutch asylum lawyers).

Though I support them as a member, I do not deal with asylum cases any more.

Keep in mind it's a long way from Jordan to Europe.
And the so called Dublin convention obliges a refugee to report and ask asylum in the first country of arrival. The Netherlands will send him back there if they find out he was already somewhere else, even when it was only transit.
